Our Services
Apex Comfort Heating and Air provides heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services, including repair, maintenance, installation, and related work, in Grove City and a 15-mile radius.
Submitting a quote request or contacting us does not create a binding agreement for work. A service agreement is formed only when we and you agree on the scope of work and pricing, whether in writing or verbally at the time of service.
Estimates, Pricing, and Payment
Estimates. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and on a visual inspection of the equipment. If additional problems are discovered once work begins, we will inform you before performing any additional work, and additional charges may apply.
Diagnostic fees. A diagnostic fee of $89 may apply to service calls. We will tell you about any applicable fee before we schedule your appointment.
Pricing changes. Prices quoted are valid for the period stated on the estimate. Parts pricing and availability may change without notice.
Payment. Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of service.
Scheduling, Cancellations, and Access
Appointments. We will confirm your appointment and send reminders by text message. Arrival windows are estimates; emergencies and job overruns can affect timing, and we will contact you if we are delayed.
Cancellations. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated missed appointments may result in a fee or in our declining future service.
Access. You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the equipment being serviced, including clearing obstructions and securing pets.
Warranties
Workmanship and parts may be covered by a warranty. The specific terms, duration, and conditions of any warranty will be provided with your invoice or service documentation. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repairs or modifications, power surges, flooding, or other events outside our control.
Text Messaging
By providing your phone number and consenting on our forms, or by texting us first, you agree to receive calls and text messages from us regarding your service request, appointment updates, and occasional offers, including messages sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
